lol, i know. Looks simply like some one had fitted the reg/rec off another bike. Didnt have the connector and did it that way.

yer i know mate but is it pumping out the right power and stuff? hence my wires meltin lol, and are the wires the right way round even? as not all of the colours match so how did they know what ones for what? thats y i think im better off putting it bk to origional

H & L rectifiers are the same.

hi everyone,got the bits i need now, but, there are 3 wires that are yellow and exactly the same,i take it that it doesnt matter wat one joins to wat as there all the same colour?

im not sure where they go, they seem to go down the side of the engine, the side where the alternator goes so thats where they probably goto, i would have thought it doesnt matter which one joins to what as there all the same colour, surely they would be different colours if it did matter lile the rest of the wiring?just need someone to confirm for me , thanks

think the 3 wires do go to the stator coil, wether they have to go in a certain order i can't say, is there a smaller plug further down from the rectifier plug?

hi mate yer further down the wires are then bullet terminal thingys, these ones look origional though and not bodged like the rest lol
