what tyres should we be running?

what tyres should we be running?
Mine say 120/60/R17 M/C 55H and 160/60/R17 M/C 69H
Now i know these are the right sizes, but should the be R17 or ZR17 and as for the 55H and 69H should they be H speed rating or V or W as standard?
