Discs to suit a zx6 wheel in a zxr front end.

are there any discs that will fit onto an 06 zx636 front wheel but still be 310mm for the zxr400l calipers? zx12 disc seem to be either 300mm or 320mm and the zx6 are 300mm, if i used the smaller discs would i lose out on braking?

im taking an educated gues here but here goes
tha standard 400 disc,s have a mark around them where the pads dont make contact if this is 5mm or more then a disc that has a diameter of 10mm less than standard should work ok but the pads will be making contact right to the edge of the disc
