I've heard lots of people say Dunlops are twitchy. I used some yonks ago and I can't say I was impressed. I've used Pirellis for years now and find them excellent, can't see any reason to swap them.
Dunno about Mitchs, though some rave about them.
Have you thought about Avons? Never tried them myself tho'.

I've never used the Dunlops on a ZXR but I sure hated them on my old CBR Steelie...............but only after I tried Pirelli
Twitchy is the very word for them
The road legal Pirelli race "dry" tyre is not too clever for serious wet use so I'd either go for the road legal "wet" tyre which will work fine in the dry for normal road use.
Or just go for the regular road tyre.
If you can find someone selling part worns you could give em a try.................................I have just given away the last part worn front I have.
The Pirellis defo seem to work well on my ZRX 1100.............. it steers like an oil tanker

ive just got a set of michelin pilot 2ct's on mine there just starting to scrub in nicely and im plenty happy with them they cost £249 fitted and being a twin compound design apparently the centres will last better for the small amount of commuting i do compared to my last set of bridgestones which were dead in the centre whilst still having useable tread on the outside
