Go on their site - they explain very well and you'll need their shims too !!

because they are reground so the base circle is smaller therefore you need thicker shims

Looking at their specs they have same duration & lift as SP.
Have to run a dial gauge over both to check profile.
They don't look as aggressive at kit.
