Yeah, the upper fairing mount was so crooked that it looked like the delivery van drove over it (I am exaggerating a little - but it is visibly crooked). It's really unfortunate, I'm in the US & the shipping is so expensive that it wasn't worth it to ship back. The piece is discontinued by Kawi so I thought this was a good alternative to replace the bent one on my racebike. The really sad part is the bent OEM stay was straighter than the one I got. I can send you pics if you want.

I have checked my records for the last six months and have no record of selling this item to anyone in the states so no we will not replace something he has had for so long if we sold it to him at all. If it was that bent why did he not contact me as soon as he received the item ?. If it was that bent we would have asked for photos for confirmation (due to the distance and postage costs) this would help when claiming on the postal insurance. If bent during transit then we would have replaced the item and claimed on the insurance. So the answer to are we going to replace it is a no we are not.
