After doing a search it seems that L discs with gsxr k1/k2 calipers will fit my H forks.
Can anyone confirm ?

nah, i think i may of said that in a thread once??
but it aint true. I had a set of H discs that looked exactly the same as some L ones.
you need 300mm H ones mate. ebc are'nt that bad, but i think the standard are better if you can find a good set.
gsxr 600/750 k1/k2 calipers work well. as do the nissin ones ( fireblade/ sp1/ rvf 400?, im not 100% sure)
dont go for the 6 pot ones dude, they just dont work aswell
