I know this has been done to death, just after a little info if anyone has it on this conversion.
I'm fitting a c1h front end in currently. I'm machining up reducing sleeves for the for bottoms so I can use the standard zxr wheel and spindle for now until I can get a zx6 front wheel etc.
The disc offset is no where near enough so I was wondering if anyone knew of any other discs that fit the zxr wheel that have a larger offset.
If not I will machine up some spacer rings to go being the discs but just looking for options if there are any.
Cheers

Re: Zx6r c1h fork conversion
I used the standard zxr discs with my front carbon wheel set up to zxr 400 axle sizes.... I machined some new spacers to allow me to use the
zx6 spindle then purchased some disc spacers from projection engineering think they 2.5mm each side of the hub.
Also had to space the radial calipers back 5mm to clear the discs so purchased 4 x 5mm titanium spacers.

Nice one.
I think the easiest way will be to machine some disc spacer and caliper spacers to suit. Instead of trying to find a disc with more offset.
Eventually it's going to have a zx6 front wheel and brembo calipers so I'll be remaking all the spacers soon

Re: Zx6r c1h fork conversion
Im running the brembo m4 plus the radial 19x21 Mc serious stopping power.
Looked at using the zx6r wheel but cost of dumping the carbon wheel was to extreme.....fortunately the dymag has larger bearings than the zxr wheel so the axle is a straight swap.
Will grab a zx6r wheel for a wet set up.

Yeah I wouldn't be dumping the carbon wheel for anything
I've got a brembo rcs19 currently and will be pairing it with some brembo m4s
Already have a brembo p234 cnc rear caliper setup so will be going all out brembo

Just for reference the stock zxr discs need to be spaced out 2mm for the correct ofset running the stock zxr wheel in the zx6 forks.

Yeah I just purchased some 2mm ALi spacers.
As the 400 discs were 310mm dia so had to install 5mm caliper spacers as well.
