Finally an introduction

Post by richard_ha »

Well I thought it was about time to formally introduce myself.

I have an L1 1991 ZXR400 and I'm from Bristol.

Just lowsided going round a roundabout at about 15 mph here's the photos.

Here's my exhuast now has a hole in the side. Should have a new race system soon shouldn't I Bikerz?

Here's the rear set, hanger is snapped and so id the rear brake pedal.

Here's the fairing and crash bung (which did a pretty good job of protecting the bike)

Here's where the front brake lever should be.

Hello richardha :smt006

Looks like the crash bung took the brunt of that, what make is it? I came off my ZXR a couple of years back (last time i crashed incidentally!) and footrest broke in exactly the same place!

Ahh righto thought it might be an R&G set. Ive got them fitted to my ZXR now, its just interesting to see how they perform on this bike. Those ones off of ebay never did look like they would do much. Although thats better than nothing.
