I am just about to overhaul my H model USD's and just wanted some ponters as to what oil to use.
Am I right in saying it is Grade 0 and 405ml +-2ml per leg?
Is there a prefered brand?
Having never done this before I am going to create an overhaul thread for other "virgin" overhaulers!
Any tips for an easy rebuild would be much appreciated

To save on time I woosed out of doing the overhaul myself
The shop is only charging 28quid to do both legs and I got a litre of Yamaha's USD oil for 9 quid - couldn't arque with that so handed them in with the bag of bushes and seals.
This has given me time to get other parts pre-paired and finished, will pick up th forks tomorrow night and install on Thursday all going to plan

Its only a 30 min job, but most places will still charge £50+ for _anything_
