Not sure on exact sizes, if you can find pipe thats a good fit over the spouts and can be tightened up with a hose clip and wont degrade with petrol anything should do id have thought.

As standard the ZXR doesnt come with a fuel filter, hence you wont find it on the fiches.

I THINK if memory serves me correctly that the fuel pipe is 8mm internal diameter.................

Any car motor factors should be able to supply fuel pipe and any fuel filter with the right size inlet/outlet to fit your fuel pipe will do...........

If you really want I'll give you a standard fuel filter............used but clean................

It is worth considering how your filter got so dirty...........do you have lots of crap in your tank ? Have you bought fuel that is comtaminated ? Was it an orginal filter ? Did a previous owner fit a aftermarket filter because there was a problem ?

There is another tiny filter in each of the carbs.............are they clean ?

Who will win tonights Motogp.............. so many questions and so few answers

i think most fuel pipes/filters are 6mm or 8mm as confirmed above the zxr400 is 8mm, but don't go for a cheap poxy filter spend about a fiver and get a custom glass one that you can take apart and clean, look in ebay for custom fuel filters.
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.
