Bro in Hospital :(

Post by MillaMeter »

Hi,

Waking up from a hard night at work around 4:30pm walked downstairs into the living room only to find a note from me mum saying my bro (Graeme) is in hospital! I was like WTF!

Aparently he was on his way to work going down the leighton buzzerd road, and this long flat bed lorry decides to pull out of a T-junction while my bro is traveling at 60mph! BANG! my bro pretty much T-boned the guys petrol tank and was K.Oed. Got to hospital yesturday and omg what a mess he's in bless him. Broken thumb, broken wrist, broken shoulder blade and a broken skull along with some bruises to his arms, legs and face. Oh and a massive exhaust burn on the inside of his right leg due to passing out and being trapped under the bike. He rides a lovley lime green ZX6R G1.

Not his bike but you get the idea.

I've been to visit him again today and he's looking alot better. He doesn't look like someone's beaten him to a pulp now.

I would show pictures of the bike but I don't think he would agree with that as he's still in hospital now and wont be out for another 4 days poor git.

Regards

Rich

Hi,

Yeah he's doing well, he is concious and talking. He doesn't remember the impact at all, thing I'm a lil worried about is how he's going to react when he see's his baby in puzzle sized pieces :(

glad to hear he's conscious 'n talking. Any concussion at all?

Not uncommon to not remember the impact - I reckon its probably best that way anyhow

hope he makes a speedy recovery

Good stuff to hear he's conscious mate. Must be a big load off your mind, and of course his and other relatives.

ouch! My dad had exhaust burns on one of his legs when he got run over by a drunk driver. Unfortunately/fortunately it was the pain from a piping hot exhaust that caused him to pass out.

Good luck on his recovery!
