Call them before you go to let them know that you are on your way down with your bike as the indicators aren't working and the wire has disappeared. Then they can't say "I'm sorry we can't fit you in as we didn't know you were coming"
DON'T leave your bike there - tell them you are really not happy and want it sorted now - keep calm at all times - god i know that one's difficult!
Make them explain what they've done and then ask for Compensation (about £50 off the bill would be good) as you have had to ride your bike with no indicators, have had to take time off of work to come down to get your only form of transport fixed and your not getting paid for this day off.
Let us know what's going on.xx
Have fun
Best regards Kerry.xx

I didn't call in advance or anthing - just turned up there and said "Oi come look at this!"
They took the bike in straight away and i went round the back talking to the mechanic (who was pretty cool) and i was having a good chat with him as he retrieved the wire and soldered it holding his hands up and saying he thought he might have missed that....
THEN the big moody boss came in and told me to get out of the garage NOW cause i wasn't insured - probably the biggest moody cnt in the whole world. So that fkd my mood with them AGAIN.
So then, while i was waiting outside, someone brought in a ZXR636 that i was admiring, and as they wheeled my bike past it on the way out, the owner commented how he used to have a 400, and turned out to be none other than.......
