hi all im back in england now from my jaunt to australia. i had wanted to get another bike when i got home, like a ccm or similar. while i was in oz i had a (very) small go on a gsxr 1000 streetfighter. very nice but was worried that id trash it! anyhoo, ive been thinking about a mates bike which has been sitting for the last few years in a shed. i can buy it from him for bugger-all money but it needs a fair bit of work (ive already swiped the forks, wheels and tyres for my bike). if i buy it ive decided to streetfighter it as the only decent panels are the rear seat panels but they need respraying. i know its not as easy as just throwing some bars and headlight on it but has anyone got any suggestions? eventually ill start making my own carbon fibre one off bits.
ill be doing it over a few weeks/months as and when i get the money for stuff. cheers in advance for the input.
