Air box seal missing?

Getting reading to start the L5 after 2 years, have cleaned the carbs etc, etc.

Took the two halves of the airbox apart to remove the s and other crud, cleaned it out and re fitted it.

Was looking on the microfiche on here this morning and according to that there should be a seal between the two halves.

The microfiche is for L1 to L3 models, should my L5 have the seal as well?

Look carefully the seal may well still be there it is only a thin strip of foam which sits in a groove on the lower section of the box
