Only really needed for tendon damage or long term muscle fatique from being bed bound.

I was brutal exercising my tendons back into shape but I got full function back - both surgeons were blown away with my recovery and truely believed when I said the :smt010 were running down my face making things work again. Well worth it though as my foot is tip top and my right thumb isn't a peg :smt004

BTW, the soft tissue in my foot still hasn't recoverd (injury 3yrs ago) - still have a lot of pain in it. Your body does a full rejuvination every 7yrs and that's when you usually notice the pain has gone.

After my thumb op the tendon was repaired by the time they pulled the pin out but surrounding tissue was agony for ages and when I went back to building using a hammer and saw was just not comfortable at all - 1st week back it was inflamed and it took a further 2yrs for it to stop aching every single day after work. I forgot when the pain subsided as I had gotten so used to it I ignored it, just one day you notice it's not there any more - probably hit it with me hammer putting a nail in and thought " Thats bloody painful " but realised it wasn't before it.

Anyhoo, hope your still recovering well Baz :smt001
