would they match it off your bike (mines 20yrs old and must be faded) or from the manufacturers colour chart ? Rickyt28s paint must be a one off

Re: I own a ZXR400! woo hoo!
Well for a start i'm glad you were only windin me up about the frame (i hope) lol. But as for the colour, I do like it as it is, and i would maybe try and patch it up but to be totally honest i would much rather have it resprayed bright green
after all, green is my favourite colour!
But its early days yet, and if the bikes a shitter then i will probably just sticker it up and enjoy it while it lasts. On the other hand, if the bike turns out to be a good un, and if its worth it, i will probably get it sprayed.
Which leads me onto my next question... How mush is a complete respray?? includin the wheels.

Regarding paint match: Best thing to do if you want a match is take a panel to an automotive paint specialist, they will send it off to a lab to have the colours analyzed ansdd then be able to match the paint. There's a place by me (in Shrewsbury) that do it, but thats probablyy quite a treck for you!
Hope this helps

ps: i agree on the winding you up about the frame, i cant see owt wrong with it either
