You could argue that the debt is attached to that address, and point out that a DVD player - whether it belongs to his parents or to him - is only worth about £5, the TV £30... etc :smt002

I'm sure it is just a misunderstanding that Gubbs will set right quickly - especially considering that in addition to some big burly members who have a concern in this matter, some are also skilled in surveillance and tracing, and some would be all too happy to use justified (if unlawful) methods to compensate any losses.

ah forget that 65 quid is 65 quid i would have been at the front door from week one. 1 thing you do know, if there is a garage then he will have tools i guess but why give the correct address an phone no if you got no intension of sending, however you shouldnt take money off someone an not send the goods or get in contact. hes probly left it so long he dont know what to say on the phone or somet.

LOL! Sorry.

CBR Chris, I'm not refunding you 64 quid if you want to keep the parts I already sent you. If you want, I'll send you a refund for whatever you didn't get + the post.
Whatever man. Up to you, I need it sorted ..

One other person on here I believe is owed.

That person already has a cheque in the post (19th)

I'm moving to Spain on December 14th and whatever is left will be dumped or given away.

If you have any problems or I have overlooked you, email me or contact me via ebay, my username is wozzlepop

Or just post on this thread. :smt002

Whatever is left you can have if you organize a collection. I'm really not bothered at this point, I have a million other things to sort out ..

I think Lindaloo is doing a big pick-up for Baz using her works van, not sure when, but i think she is nearby to you also. So whatever you donate will be greatly appreciated. :smt001

Frankly what there is is just a frame and some other bits of guff that aren't much use to anyone.
It wouldnt be worth the bother imho.

If I could be relied upon to post stuff it might, but I don't have time. Thats kinda why we have this issue with Chris in the first place.

I suck at posting stuff.

No need to post if Linda is picking up :) Doesnt matter what it is, no point in dumping it if we can make something of it for the build.
