You could argue that the debt is attached to that address, and point out that a DVD player - whether it belongs to his parents or to him - is only worth about £5, the TV £30... etc

I'm sure it is just a misunderstanding that Gubbs will set right quickly - especially considering that in addition to some big burly members who have a concern in this matter, some are also skilled in surveillance and tracing, and some would be all too happy to use justified (if unlawful) methods to compensate any losses.

Frankly what there is is just a frame and some other bits of guff that aren't much use to anyone.
It wouldnt be worth the bother imho.
