why not just bleed them properly, if the system is properly bleed to start with all this tieing the leaver back ect wont do f'all but fresh fluid could make a world of diffrence

I have bled & flushed them last week and they were better. I just read somewhere that when mechs bleed brakes they do that to get any remaining air out of the system.

you shouldnt really leave brake fluid exposed as it absorbs moisture making your new fluid slightly crap.
