Yeah it's the 04 model, is there any difference between the 03 and 04? I did look a 05 plate 1 but was pretty beat up and was asking for stupid money for it. Traveled 150 miles for this beast and I must say it was totally worth it

To be honest I don't know that much about model differences.....................I think 05 was the first one with the underseat exhaust ?

Mine is the 600cc version built to suit racing in Supersort 600...............636 engine fits ok

As far as i'm aware the only difference between the 03 model and 04 model is the model name (03 being B1H, 04 being B2H) and colour schemes, think they offered a silver version on 04 models. Loved my B1, absolutely bonkers!! Still got some bits kicking round from it that i need to get rid of actually!
Cargo, what do you make of the of the 600 (K1H??)? I would KILL for 1 of them you lucky bugger!!!! Ha ha

I think it's called a ZX6RR or a ZX600-M1

It is more or less the same as the 636 version........................with a few extra toys...............

Mine was alledged to be a Piere Riba one......................lots of guys claiming that for their M1 ...............however I checked up and was able to find out that mine was orginally built by MSS and Nick Morgan..............I was lucky enough to have met Nick a few years back at the TT and contacted him.

It's a fantastic bike goes like a rocket ship...........I did my fastest MGP lap in 6 years last August on it..............I love it

Got that front end in the cupboard

'05 model still has the radial Tokico's but disc's were changed to Sunstar petals - got the 05 wheel and disc's for mine.

4,100 miles - not even broken in !! Good find

Mori. Not sure on the Brembo caliper offsets but from 03-04 to 05-06 the rotors increased in diameter from 280mm to 300mm? can't remember. Either way the 05-06 fork stanchions had the difference made up in the mounts.

Cool thing about radial callipers is you put in a 10mm shim and longer mount bolt and your good to go with larger discs

Haven't assembled everything together yet and no doubt will need new wheel spacers made so any shims can be fabricated at the same time.
