My bike is finished!
Ive finally got the zxr into a decent state now after a fair bit of work! Just finished with the respray and frame polishing and put it all back together.
Everything pretty much has been worked on (except the brakes which will be done soon hopefully). Full top end rebuild (new cam, couple rockers, cam chain and head gasket and then serviced), forks rebuilt and many more. Heres a picture, ive got more but having trouble finding somewhere to upload to. (pics a bit hazy cause they were taken with mobile!)

looking cool.
i'm not normally a fan of polished frames but i'd have to say it seems to fit on your bike. don't know why!

Hi,
Yeah not really touched the brakes yet, so might end up with some braided hoses when im done with em
I was thinking about getting the frame coated (similar to RobB's) but didnt have the spare cash at the time, so polished the top part instead, might polish the swing arm but am still on the fence about that.
Got a a fair few pics, gonna upload em to my brothers webspace then ill link them across.

Didnt cost too much really,
Cam chain was 20 quid, got a cam for 25 from breakers, head gasket was about 12 quid, got a few shims from a guy on ebay for 2 quid each, got a full set of rocker arms for 15 quid (although i only needed 3 of em )
with a few other odd bits included was comfortably under a ton.
