Re: RMKD Racing
rear seat unit is a bit high yes, other than that i think it looks pretty good otherwise! But as zimm said, 80hp and 130kg would you really care?
Baz, do you know if he has ideas to produce the carbon bodywork and tank? Ive had ideas myself of doing it for years but not had the time and money with uni.

Re: RMKD Racing
Thanks for your opinions chaps! regards the seat height? the photo does make it look alot higher than it is? why? dont ask me.The seating position is just 10mm higher than a stock bike so judge for yourself. I will take a better photo of it and get Baz to put it up. Ugly? some people like really fat women? some people like sprouts and tripe? its a question of taste. Regarding producing the bodykits? i dont intend making them to sell untill our 08 bike is finished...i build a new race bike every year. We have raced zxr 400's for 8 years and this bike benefits from lots of modifications. It has rtd programable ignition and will rev to 16300rpm, has an extended swing arm to try to stop rear end chatter under hard braking, rmkd adjustable slipper clutch. close ratio gearbox, special cams, flatslides ect ect. The tank is actually a cover/ramair box lid and fuel is held in a carbon fuel cell mounted above the rear shock. Mike Saunders has raced it at two events this year...taking two wins at Cadwell park and two wins at Darley Moor.

Re: RMKD Racing
All becomes clear! Good idea tho, i guess thats mass centralisation? Well when/if you produce the bodywork in carbon let us know, ill be very interested. Might have to make the tank for myself thenrmkd177 wrote:The tank is actually a cover/ramair box lid and fuel is held in a carbon fuel cell mounted above the rear shock.
