mirror is floppy?!

mirror is floppy?!
best way i could describe it! lol basically everytime i go over 40 m.p.h my left mirror folds in, making it useless. is there anyway i can get it to stay in position?! cheers

that brings back some memories mate, only mine used to do it about 80, pain in the friggin ass it is! tried tightening the bolt??

iirc if you take the mirror off theres a bolt that you can tighten what 'should' sort it out, or just take the mirrors off bloody usless anyway

The bolts that you tighten are under rubber caps on the pivot, jus get a thin tip screwdriver and prise it up, then use an allen key to tighten it
