mishap with my baby

Post by lindaloo »

Grrrr
My bf has been borrowing my 400, when yesterday i got a phone call to say he'd been involved in a little crash.....
unluckyily for him, a silly woman pulled out of a junction and stopped dead in front of him while he was on bike, he slammed breaks on did i front wheel stoppie and just nudged the car, (welldone).....Unfortunately he could'nt get his foot off the peg fast enough and the bike went over with him under it. On talking to him he did say its a bloody good job it happened that way, cos if owt had happened to my baby ide have slapped him daft lol
As it happens he badly hurt his shoulder and hip, but the bike is perfect, all new panels are scratch free :smt003

Lucky! Hi shoulder will heal - the bike wouldn't have! :smt003

Seriously though, he should have got her details... If I'm ever in another such incident the Police will be called whether I'm up or not! In bike crashes with all that adrenaline going, there's always more pain to come that you don't notice at the scene.
Who needs tyres when you've got knees!!

the police will NEVER come out unless your blocking a road or someone is badly hurt. I got knocked off my ped and a police car went past as i was picking the bike up who just drove past. Didnt even bother stoping, cunts.

How can your fella hurt his shoulder from a stopped fall?? its hardly like its a long way down!

not quite sure, from what i gather, he just couldnt get his foot off the brake in time, and the bike just went over, trapping his leg under it and hitting his shoulder on the centre island kerb, he was turning right and the car pulled infront of him.
