or anyone else who may know how to change fork seals on a zx7r?

one of the seals has gone on my 7r,

have ordered a replacement so me n baz are gonna change it aswell as change oil in forks on weekend

question is, are they pretty much the same to do as a zxr400 and zxr750? cuz baz has experience doing both of those fork seals

just planning ahead trying to find out as much as i can before we strip them down

have just read on redmonkey.com (zx7r site)

and one user says u need a special tool or broom handle? to hold the bolt at bottom of fork when u are undoing allen bolt...

but another says u do not need to do this if u r only changing the seal????

No idea on fork seals, never had to do them.
