How can I find out the reserve price on a bike on ebay? There's no phone number or e-mail address on the advert.

yeah, most of the time people wont tell you a reserve price as it defeats the object of putting one usually. The idea is that you have to keep bidding to find the reserve price, in the hope that you will put in a maximum bid over the reserve? Also it generates interest as it would mean the object would have a lower asking price and people are more curious.

nice bike!!

does my head in when people don't tell you the reserve especially when i use auctionsniper, at least i can set the snipe to meet the reserve if i'm going out saves a lot of time and hassle.
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

i would b reluctant to pay much more than £1000 for an H reg. Albeit it has the lucky strike paint scheme, but imo thats neither here nor there. Very much a personal thing

the gsxr400 seems to b getting a little rare now which could help its residuals, however i wouldnt pay as much for an import as i would a zxr400

imo knock around 10% off for a gsxr in comparison to an equal model zxr
