engine swap

Post by lexuslad »

hello all, basically ive just rebuilt my zxr, powdercoated frame and arm, sprayed wheels, cleaned everything, new seat unit and spray job and i love it, nobody knows what it is lol. but basically its not quick enough for me! im a mechanic and theres an engineering shop just down the road from me so im not to worried about cutting welding etc, but i just want to know is it possible? i read about the fire blade engined one which sounds fun, so if there is anyone with experience it would be great to hear thanks!

the blade engine would be fun but also needs a lot of extra frame work to take the power. I'm going down the 636 rout can pick the lumps up for next to nothing as there not used in kit cars like the 900+ engines. Not to mention the huge used parts back up.

Anything is possible if your willing to put the time and money into it.
