fork oil weight?

fork oil weight?
hi, looked in the manual section and it says i should use 5w fork oil in my zxr400h2 forks but im unsure as to whether this is too light as would expect to be putting 10w in it? Any advice as which is best to use would be great. Thanks

I used to use 7.5wt on my race bike (L) with standard forks and springs, with a 95mm airgap

my H1 forks are setup as per the manual and work fine for me .. but im a lightweight.
how are you measuring the airgap ballsout ?
