Rubber

Post by CaNsA »

I got diablos on mine,

160/60/17 on the rear, 120/70/17 on the front.

Why would i have a 70 on the front, what differences would it make to handling etc cheers

and BTW what diablos are they? this is the best pic i have with the tread shown.

A lot of the racers seem to swap the standard 120/60 for the 120/70 for faster turn-in and a bigger footprint when banked over (I think).

If you go for sports touring tyres and can get the new Pirelli Angel ST in a 160 then I'd recommend them to anyone! They're the latest tyres out and so far their claims to being the best are entirely believable. toad-loads of grip dry or wet and good for scraping pegs 2 corners from your driveway first thing in the morning!

Plus you get the funky angel pattern in the tread that changes to a demon after a few miles...
Who needs tyres when you've got knees!!

Ignore the fanny bands comment

You can get away with them if you're tall and have worn out sliders.

Yeah, Tey are just pirelli Diablos.

not diablo supercorsa, not diablo corsa, just diablo.

Very sexy tyres, indeed.
