I've just had my carbs stripped & sonically cleaned as it was lumpy as hell below 5k & wouldn't run through town without stalling.Got the bike started, but now fuel is pissing out of the 2 (?) overflow tubes. I've just ordered a seal kit, but if anybody has any advice I could use it!

Re: pissing petrol from carbs!
you either have a leak around the o-ring that allows the 4 individual carb filters to seal, or you have damage/blockage of the float needle.
if you drain each carb float bowl into a small measuring jug, or spare container, you might be able to see which ones are overflowing.
either way, its a carb stripdown to fix the problem.
i usually smear a bit of gasket sealant on the o-rings of old carb filters to ensure a good seal, that way i know that it can only be overflowing past the float needle...and thats easy to visually check for damage/wear.

Fitted the kit & it's sorted! The seals were all original 1991 & perished. The pilot jet seals were still in the holes, stuck to the washers... Now need a brake master cylinder seal kit so that she stops at Le Mans in August!
