I guess this is kinda part of the fuel system. I cannot remember for the life of me where this pipe goes (the one on the right of the picture in the middle)

Is it supposed to go on the nipple near the electrical bullet connector?
Tried looking on diagrams to no avail
Where does this go?

Not entirely sure which pipe your referring to but there should be 4 of those spigots and a pipe connecting the two inner and another connecting the two outer.
They are vacuum points from the inlets.

Ah it automatically shortened the picture so it's kind of akward to see now. It's the smaller black pipe going from the right diagonally down to the left, lying behind the thicker pipe. It comes off the right side of the carbs and has like a clear plastic bottle on it.

Ah. That's the heating circuit for the carbs. That plugs in as it were at a tee in the coolant pipe under the generator cover.

Re: Where does this go?
Looking at your photo there is a right-angled electrical connection to the temperature sensor on the thermostat housing. Just left and up is a small bore metal pipe, attached to the crankcase. You'll need a piece of pipe to connect this to the other end of the water heated manifold system on the carbs.
