rattle

after a run and my bike is idling it rattles really bad from the rite hand side i think it is the cam chain but aint sure it only does it at idle thou any ideas?

does it disappear when you pull the clutch in?

is still there even if the clucth is in
i aint sure i dont wana buy things that mite not fix it the noise is only there at idle

Probably just the tensioner on its way out, if the rattling dissapears when you rev it then its defo the tensioner.

As ^ above. Tensioner.

Probably just needs to be reset.

Try that before buying a new one.

Just cleaning and lubricating can make the difference.

Its a very simple device, there's not really anything that can 'break'. They just get dirty ..

i have micron race down pipes unless they have them?

don't actually know, I have the same pipes and there is some of that holey steel tube in there (if only I could remember the name)
