well i have taken all the engine out etc etc and am putting it back together.
One of the mounting brackets has been eaten by the rust monster!! Now do i try and repair/bodge it so that it stays on, or do i get a new one (courtesy of fallsofslowly!!)? I'm sure im not the only one who has come across this as they seem to be the flimsiest bits of metal!!

Re: oil cooler, fix or buy?
if i was replacing the oil cooler i'd be looking at at an earls cooler not an oem, purely for looks so it can be hid behind the fairings

Canble tie it on. It's such a common thing on race bikes as they're taken on/off so much that those brackets don't last seconds
