6th Gear

im having trouble changing into 6th gear SOMETIMES. sometimes it feels like it goes in and then it pops out and i struggle to get it back in, i have to go back into to fifth and try again. sometimes it doesnt even go into 6th and i can feel the cogs catchin each other- can be scary at high speeds - ive never had it happen at low speeds by the way.
any help is grateful thanks

Could be worn dogs on the gear or maybe worn selector fork.
Possibly something wrong with selector drum/ or selector shaft and or mechinism

i dont know, it happened once today but im not sure if its not just me being lazy

Adjust your gear lever slightly, might make things better

do u mean change the position of it, if so up or down???

just try adjusting the locknuts on the gear linkage bar.
