Post by mingmingmo »

ive spoken to someone and they think it could be the starter motor not engaging properly.

ive worked it down to the cam chain which has gone. 25k which app it quite normal for this bike. when the cam goes on this bike has anyones vavles gone or is it just the cam chain ?

if the vavles did go do i have to take the engine out or is there enough space between the pistons?

i believe you can get the head off without dropping the engine out.

however i don't know whether it would be worth the skinned knuckles and general hassle compared to just dropping the whole lump out.
