Rear wheel assembly?? spacer??
Can anybody tell me the exact distance between the swinging arm, as the zxr 400 i bought came in boxes. I started builing it up this week only to find the rear wheel, spacers and caliper carrier provided do not all fit on the spindle when in the swinging arm. I did think that maybe i was given the wrong spacers, but looking at pictures of rear spindles for sale on ebay it looks like i have the correct spacers. So im wondering if maybe the swinging arm has been squashed in some way. hopefuly this makes some kind of scence to somebody.

Have a look on the rear schematic on the handbooks available on the front page.

mate there is a spacer that goes on the inside of the cush drive, are you trying to put it on the wrong way round? on the outside?
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.
