missing bits

Could anyone tell me if there is something missing here as i am new to all this there seems to be a fixing hole on front end of plastic infill but yet nothing to fix to. if there is something what would it be called where could i get one and would it fail mot without one ?????????

the original indicators have a bracket the infill panel attaches to,

so yes somethings missing, but you cant have it back withouit re-fitting the original indicators

i am curently looking for a set of original indicators as i dont think current ones are mot passable .

i didn't know wether or not they had to be visible from a certain distance as tehy r so small i thought they might fail
