You can can buy the proper tool (no not those two just there :smt016 ) so you dont bodge the adjusters.

f**K that use the crappest flat blade you own (yea the one with the plastic handle that doesn't crack when belted, and which has got a flat end to it now from repeated bangings)

engage ones screwy at such an angle that it will probably chip the entire tooth off the locking ring, good o'l lumpy and give it a blow.

Nb. sharpening of this screwdriver is not neccesary
