ZX400 INPORT. LIGHTS ON
Hi, I have a ZX400G which is an import. when I switch on the ignition the front indicators come on and stay on. I dont like this. Can anyone tell me how to stop this happening? ie is there a cable I can disconnect or something. any help would be great. thanks. bazza.

Hi Bazza,
These are cruise lights and anything that helps get you noticed is a good thing
If you really want to do away with them just fit standard indicator bulbs, the ones inside the now are dual filament just like brake/tail light bulbs. No need to go hacking the loom
Cheaper yet is to pull the power cable at the connector near the indicator unit, there will be three wires , ones an earth and should be same colour on both sides. The other two are power so pull one and see if it puts the light out, if not plug back in and pull the other.
Top Tip: make sure you cover both unplugged ends with some insulating tape as not to leave them exposed to the elements.

Nothing worse than having an H and not being able to scratch it !
