mine is kinda worn so im after replacing it... only i dont wanna peal away any paint or leave any sticky toad.
are there any methods of doing this or chemicals i could use?

Agreed, but be careful not to pull the protector too hard, if it doesn't want to go use a bit more hairdryer or chemical. The guy that had my bike before me pulled some of the blue tank sticker off when removing the old tank pad.Xphyral wrote:a hair dryer, some patience and a butter knife. to get rid of the leftover glue you can use brake cleaner or petrol, but use a soft cloth so you dont scuff the lacquer. The tanks lacquer is hard wearing two pack so you can abuse with pretty much any chemical you want.
