Front indicator rubber
So, the front indicator rubber has finally given way to the mahoosive indicators weight, and cracked and split; Resulting in my indi smacking around on the fairing.
Any ideas where I can buy just the rubber? (Or full small replacement indicators with rubbers?)
Also, any ideas on a botch for now, so I can still ride her?
Beers all around!

Cant you get hold of a pair of flush mounted jobs to go over the mahoosive hole?
A-la Ebay Item number: 330265491477

remove the indicators completely... mine only go on for the MOT, if fitted .. following traffic expects you to use them, and i dont, so i figure they are better off in the garage than fitted to the bike.

No good for motorway riding (That I will be doing shortly), and would that not attract the 'wrong' type of attention? **Blue Lights**WOO WOO**Blue Lights**zimm wrote:Wabby wrote:

Re: Front indicator rubber
i've never been pulled for not having indicators, or not indicating, and i've been riding for 14 years.
i just forget to use them, so i figure im better off without.
EDIT : that includes motorway riding, i was a despatch rider for several years .. if (on a bike) you NEED to indicate when moving into the overtaking lane because there's something bearing down on you.. you shouldnt be doing it .. if there isnt, you dont need to indicate .. and there is no legal requirement to indicate your intention to move back into the middle/slow lane, just as you wouldnt indicate left when completing an overtaking manoeuvre.. taking an exit ? hand signal .. done. Remember most old bikes dont even have indicators, and they arent a legal requirement for anything pre 1986. Its all doable.

Re: Front indicator rubber
Ended up buying some IndiSpacers and some Iridium Micro Arrows.
Only because I found out Kawasaki want £10 for the fooking rubber part of the indi!

Indeed I should. lol
Although I am impressed with these indi. Much much smaller than the original ones.

Best £19.99 ever spent (£5 for indispacers and £14.99 for indis)
