Hi All, got a question that has me stumped.
Recent oil change, no problems with look or smell of oil.
Recently noticed a bit of emulsified oil on top of filler can, and also visable in the window. I have dropped a bit of oil, although all is fine. So tried wiping the filler cap clean, tried again, showing as a bit more emulsified.
Now first thought was for head gasket, although not losing any fluids at all, going for the pressure test on coolant system shortly, but i stumped now, any one with any problem like this?
I think possible condensation, as it not getting very good runs out at the moment, and planning a trip to france for next week, so want her running well
Any help appreciated
Cheers
Danny

Re: Emulsified Oil
If your just taking it on short trips then yes you will get some sondensation build up on the oil window and the filler cap. Nothing you can do aboutt it really other than ride the bike more.
