Nooby!

Post by Megalemons »

Haven't passed my test yet, but bought the bike nice and early!

Been riding a Honda cbf125 for the past year, and tell you what.... Soooooo dull! 130MPG was nice though!!! My brothers had more bikes that I can think of, the latest of which was the 04 10r, and he has been helping me out a lot.

Decided to finally book my test and get it over with. Found a very nice bike that needed a little bit of work but since my test is in a few weeks thought I could do the damage while we wait.

Mechanically sound as a button!!! 2003 L9 Model, only 10000 miles, Nice little Blueflame twin port exhaust, sounds very nice!!! Cant wait till I can ride it, counting down the days, Failing the test may result in some sort of noose arrangement going on in my room! Only needs a new clutch lever, front fairing(which is turning out to be rather expensive!) and some new tyres! So not that bad! Oh and a restrictor kit! :ffs

I'm only 18, got a lot to learn so may not be too helpful for a while but ill try :) Also try and get some photos up when its all done

Hi Jack,

You'd better get some photos posted or CaNsA will be storming in here ripping the place up. He doesn't like blank canvases.

Try here for your clutch lever http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/KAWASAKI-ZXR400-Z ... 2a0b24921c . I got one from them a couple of months ago, arrived fast, cheapest I could find, and it's indistinguishable from OEM.
