the forced rebuild

Post by ginger0195 »

id like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my names Adam and my zxr400 l3 is my first proper sized four stroke :smt003

as you can see from the pictures, together (me and my bike) had a small disagreement with a silver corsa ( :wanker ), a grassy verge and a hedge

bright side of this is now i can build her the way i want her :excited

be sure to expect some updates and plenty of questions from me

i say streetfighter it. After all, the coils are all neatly hidden, and i hate hidding our lovely gold massive forks. I like shaming 600s that are 10 years younger with my shiny forks biggrin

i might end up with some spare body work soon, i'll let you know if i do.
I do 700 miles a week in all weathers including snow, that's roughly 35,000 miles a year, and some weekend warrior biker has the nerve to get out of his Audi at work to tell me to I was riding far too fast in the wet (over taking at 50... fast eh?).

does anyone recognise the exhaust by any chance? its a stainless 4-2-1 with removable headers that i got off ebay. It doesnt have a brand anywhere on it but it seems a little special to be a generic chinese job

more to come....

how well does the micron system perform then? I think i only spent £80 on it so either way for some stainless headers it was a bargain
