yeah but you've had it so long it's probably gone off anyway. does paint have a shelf life?

Hmmm, i think you might be right, they did say it had a very long shelf life, wonder if they had 2 years in mind??

Post by david »

hi to all,

im an englishman living in the
Philippines and am on my third kawasaki gpz600r,gpz400 and now a zzr400. its a japanese import. I have several probs. When i first got the bike i was very pleased it seemed faster than my 600r and handled and braked better. but since dec 2006 i have had nothing but probs. Charging regulator went bad i purchased a yamaha one 3 month wait for original, fhis ok but charge coil burnt out i rerwind and it do same so rewind again. Top speed is lower than it should be it accelerates very well and as you hit 6th it starts backing off the speed smetimes as low as 130-135 kph. now it only run on 3 untill top revs pulled then back onto 4 all the usual ben done plugs cables carbs etc a fortune spent and no better any ideas
