Hi my name is Sam, I'm female,20 years of age n live in Blackpool, Lancashire.I currently only have my CBT but am looking to do my 33 brake license very soon. I own a Suzuki EN125-2 (which I am currently looking to sell if ur interested) but am also looking to buy a Kawasaki ZXR400 L-9

good luck with the licence as well. so many women on this site now but when i go to these meets i never see a woman riding a bike often they are just pillions roll on with the sports bike.
Remember speed kills, so does smoking, drinking, drugs, fast food and many more good things

thanks all.nice to be here. ive currently got my mother showing me like 30 different types of 400. she doesnt seem to understand that i prefer the ZXR400 to the rest of the 400s. she may get the hint eventually

Sounds like your mum is quite keen on you getting a bike! always a bonus! Good luck with the test and eventually getting the bike!

give your mum a slap with a big wet fish from me, there is only 1 400 to have!
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

Welcom Sam, tis good seeing mroe women riders on the road nowadays. Good luck for your test and hope you find a good Zxr for your first bike.

WHy not go in for your full licence so you wont have to restrict the 400?

I would go for my full test but I've only just turned 20 so I would have to wait another year. Can't be bothered waiting so I'm just gonna do my 33bhp n let the two years run on that till I automatically get my DAS.

I gave my mum a slap n showed her one of the bikes that is for sale on the forum n she likes it so will see how that one goes.

ahh i see, didnt know you had to be 21 and over ya see. DOnt have to worry about it as im 27, but still a learner non the less.
