Ere slight price differences this year on a new 600 ..

Post by gubbs »

Ere Yamaha and Honda are a bit expensive aren't they?

YZF-R6 (07) £7499.99
Honda CBR600rr £7499.99

----

Kawasaki ZX6r (07) £5999

Erm?

I checked out CMC the main Yam dealer in the Uk and they are offering f*** all off RRP.

Kawasaki Direct are offering £1500 straight away, with more if you negotiate AND they'll chuck in an Akro system on the 10r's.

I reckon I could get a 07 ZX6r for £4999

However, I'd be always just buy an 05 or 06 used, mint, thats done all its depreciation and had a power commander and akro stuck on for £3500 init

You need to take into account VAT etc.

Also if you buy it as a business you can claim back a nice chunk as transport allowance.

Good accountant can get you the best deals. :)

Mine was 6100 OTR with a years fully comp insurance, 0% finance, £4500 part ex on my knackered 05 ZX636. I'm happy with my deal, for sure.

Nowhere else would have given me that much on my ZX6R and the insurance for the first year from my insurance for the new bike was quoted at £1000ish (add £600 to my current insurance to last out till december) cos of my claims and points in the last year.

they have a 56plate mito 125 in the shop now, and he'll add it on to my 0% finance and insurance if I want it for £2100. Thinking about it...
