help with basic maintaince

Post by cargo »

I've just bought myself a new little toy it's an Archos 404 DVR and mini camera.
I plan to use it to record from onboard the bike at the IOM later this year.
I wonder would anyone be interested in having little videos made of some basic maintaince jobs on ZXR400s. I can make the video and burn it to a DVD and send it off to anyone who wants. For a small cost
I thought maybe it would be of help to those who feel they want to try working on their bike but lack the confidence.

I would think just basic stuff to start with like
Oil and filter change
brake pad change
brake fluid bleed/change
chain adjustment
Air filter change
Spark plug change
Fuel filter change
Chain and sprocket replacement
etc etc etc etc
What do you think ?
Good idea or just me being stupid

I would warn you that I couldn't be held responsible for any mistakes, errors or ommission that may cause damge to you or your bike.

if you're prepared to do them then why not do them for the site then everyone can enjoy them?
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

Well said, Master

Those jobs are pretty simple and I've got an old bike so have had to do pretty much everything on that list allready.

If i had the means to Record the jobs and put them up on the site i would,
