Afternoon folks

Post by Haggis »

Just a quick note to say Hi!
We recently acquired an L2 and are looking forward to some late summer weather to get out on the beast.

It wasn't in great nick when we got it (back breaks binding something silly, cracked fairing, etc), but we've been busy and it got me into work today.

Looking forward talking waffle on here with you all.

Oh you're going to regret saying that :smt003
I've been riding bikes for 32 years and have owned them for about 27 of them, so I hope to keep my questions away from the 'Dur' category.

But thanks for the welcome :smt006

How can you tell? :smt017 :smt005

I will be asking questions. On the run home last night I had a couple of issues. the bike was warming up nicely - until I stood it up then I reckon the floats did stuff they're not supposed to and the bloody thing wouldn't tick over properly until it was hot.
When I got home I could hear boiling liquid and watched a small puddle of water appear on the floor.

Guess what I'll be doing this weekend? :smt012
