making a rear seat unit???

im after making a seat unit by getting a rear l model subframe and moulding around it but what material can be used to sand, cut down and shape I.E. expanding foam?? and also which is best for fiber glassing over

What bike it should take after is personal choice i would have thought?

This site shows techniques used to make a seat unit, exactly the same process i would have thought except you will be using fibreglass?
